Mediation Service Charge

We charge a flat rate for the mediation. Unless we specifically agree to different terms, the cost of the mediation will be split equally among the parties.  Please contact us for details.

Travel Fee

For mediations that are 50 miles or more from downtown Atlanta there will be a flat travel fee. Please contact us for details.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can quickly change and that delays are often unavoidable. Accordingly, we do not charge cancellation fees.
